The shopper's order history

/v1/marketplace/buyer/orders

One page of the orders belonging to the presented session, newest first. The buyer id is in the WHERE clause; there is no parameter that selects a shopper, so this route cannot be aimed at anyone else's history. IT INCLUDES ORDERS PLACED AS A GUEST. When the shopper first signs in, orders carrying the address they just proved are filed under the new account, so a history that started before the account existed is not lost — see the first-sign-in backfill. total counts the whole history, not the page, so a client can render a pager without walking every page to find the end.
