Set the sender identity for one rung

THE STORE RUNG CARRIES NO ADDRESS. A store may override from_name and reply_to only; from_address is a tenant-level setting because the address is what SPF/DKIM alignment is proven against, and a per-store address would multiply the verification surface by the store count. Sending one with store_id is a 400. config_version IS REQUIRED ON THE TENANT RUNG and must be the value the last GET returned. A mismatch is 409 settings_version_conflict rather than a silent overwrite of whatever a colleague saved in between. CHANGING from_address RESTARTS VERIFICATION for the new domain; the response is a RE-READ rather than an echo, so the caller sees effective_from_address still on the platform address and domain.state back at pending immediately.
